A customer asks where the parcel is. Today the answer is in three spreadsheets and two emails. On the order board such an order has its own column and an expected date.
Every order has a date.
Even when the goods are not in stock yet, it is recorded when they will be delivered.

You can put waiting orders in whatever order you like, so when the goods arrive you know which one comes first.

When the label is created, the order moves on. Nobody has to remember to move it.

Does it work if the goods are not in stock?
Yes. You set the order to “Awaiting supplier” with an expected date, so you can see when it will be delivered. You order from suppliers as you do today.
Does the system order from suppliers on its own?
Not yet. Every supplier runs its own system, so we can build a custom connection to your supplier if you need one.
Which accounting programs does it work with?
For now Minimax and e-računi, because both are in the cloud and connect easily. We add connections to other programs over time.
Do I have to change my shop?
No. Your shop stays on WooCommerce or Shopify. The system connects to it.
What does it cost?
The price depends on your order volume and the connections you need. We prepare an offer after the demo, once we know what you need.
Where is my data?
In the cloud, in a certified data centre in Germany, in line with GDPR. Nothing is installed on your servers.
