Maintenance.
Service by plan, not by breakdown.

Preventive plans, breakdown reporting and spare parts in one system, so machines are serviced on schedule and every breakdown is recorded in the machine’s history.

The maintenance day, one board.

All open work in one place, each job with an owner and a time.

Everything open, one board

Breakdowns, PMs and inspections with owners and clocks. The morning question “what’s burning” has a screen.

Spares before the panic

Critical parts carry minimums and machine links. “We’re out” becomes a warning weeks earlier.

What changes for you.

  1. One queue for requests

Requests come through one channel with a priority, so the order isn’t set by whoever catches you in the hallway first.

  2. Fewer surprises

PM is visible in the plan; breakdowns have live status instead of rumours.

  3. Breakdowns become data

Downtime per machine and per cause. When you decide on replacing a machine, you have a chart to go on.

Before you ask.

There are only two of us in maintenance. Isn’t this overkill?

With only two people, nothing can afford to get lost. The system is the memory, so holidays and shift handovers no longer wipe out what you know.

Can operators do first-level maintenance in it?

Yes, simple checks and lubrication run as operator tasks with checklists, and the record is still saved to the machine history.

Does it work without the other solutions?

Yes, you can run it on its own. When you add more of our solutions, they share data, so nothing is entered twice.

Where is our data?

In the cloud, in a certified data centre in Germany, in line with GDPR. You can export your data at any time.

Works together with the rest of the system.

In the demo we show how a breakdown is recorded, from the report at the machine to the closed work order.
