The data controller is PROMIGRA, informacijske tehnologije, d.o.o., Belokranjska cesta 36, 8340 Črnomelj, Slovenia (registration no. 3734374000, VAT ID SI65705220). We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
When you submit the demo or contact form, we collect the data you enter: your name, company, email address, area (online shop or manufacturing) or the topic of your message, and your message.
When you visit the site, basic technical data (such as device and browser type) may be processed in anonymised form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use form data solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Storage and data location
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, then delete it.
Enquiries submitted through the forms are also held in Pipedrive and in Microsoft Teams, on those providers' own infrastructure. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the safeguards in our data processing agreement with them.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data.
When you submit the demo or contact form, the enquiry is recorded in Pipedrive, the system we use to manage customer relationships, and a notification containing the same details is posted to an internal Microsoft Teams channel. Both act as processors on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and only our own team can see the enquiry.
When you book a demo on the site, we enter it with your details (name, email, company, any note) in our calendar in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited), which sends you an invitation with a Microsoft Teams link. The booking is also recorded in Pipedrive and the internal Teams channel as described above. Microsoft acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Beyond those, we share personal data only with trusted processors such as our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider and Google (visit measurement, only with your consent), each bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
